I am a bilingual (English/French) therapist specializing in trauma-informed care with a supportive and collaborative approach. I work with adult individuals and couples. I use a variety of techniques, including EMDR, IFS, CBT, ACT, Psychodynamic Theory, and The Gottman Method, to tailor my work to each individual. My main areas of focus are self-esteem, self-confidence, anxiety, shame, finding meaning/purpose, trauma/PTSD, and relationships.

With over 20 years of experience in Occupational Therapy and Psychotherapy (in Canada) across diverse settings, I hold Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Occupational Therapy from Dalhousie University and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. I am committed to ongoing learning and am passionate about helping others.
