    It’s important to take mental health days in order to give yourself a break from the stressors of every-day life. This can include riding your bike or going for a drive, taking a walk in the sunshine, giving yourself or others a spa day, drink plenty of water, cooking a new meal, listening to music, taking a hot bath or shower, cleaning your house, reading a book, and anything else that would make you feel relaxed. No matter how small or big the stressors in your life may seem, it’s important to designate time for your mental health every week. You may have big responsibilities in your life but your mental health should always be put first.
