Currently, I am earning my Masters of Science in Counseling, as a therapist. I bring the full breadth of my diverse experience to my practice, including personal life coaching, a rich history in performing and visual arts, and Biodynamic Cranial Therapy. Cranial Therapy is a non-invasive approach to bodywork that taps into the body’s innate healing abilities, helping to release trauma-related disturbances to move towards resolution and harmony.
I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you will feel seen, heard, and supported. It’s been my life’s mission to respect and honor cultural diversity in all of its forms. My holistic approach honors the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet you where you are. Together, we will explore what safety and trust mean for you, helping you to integrate unresolved concerns, meet unaddressed parts of yourself, and develop new perspectives that lead to meaningful goals. Understanding ourselves deeply is the key to building more authentic connections and creating a fulfilling life.
I believe in the power of creative expression as a form of healing, and I have found this appears in many forms as we tap into our understanding of ourselves. Being playful, even amid healing from trauma, allows us to reconnect with joy, supporting resilience and reminding us that lightness can coexist with deep transformation. Whether you are working through grief, anxiety, relationship dynamics, or life transitions, I am here to walk alongside you.
Outside of therapy, I’m passionate about dance, music, art, nature, culture, and, fostering authentic human connections. I love to travel and have spent a significant amount of time in Cuba, Brazil, Europe, and New York City. Let’s work together to help you discover greater peace, clarity, and purpose in your life.
